Orientation
A comprehensive Orientation Programme will be conducted to introduce the Student to the Course and the administration facilities.
The Orientation Programme will cover:
• Top Image Mission, Vision and Values
• Student Protection Scheme
• Student Contract
• Students' Code of Conduct - including dress code, class attendance, behaviour, leave of absence, restrictions of working under the Student Pass
• Grievance Procedure
• The Requirements of the Course - course work, projects etc.
• Examinations regulations
• Top Image Policies on Payment - refund, transfer, withdrawal
• Contact Numbers of Key Staffs, useful contact details, feedback channel
